Beautiful scenery, attentive hosts, and there was an immense selection of fresh berries for breakfast that delighted our taste buds after a restful night in a comfortable double room with a private bathroom.

The views from my double room with a private bathroom were stunning, overlooking a serene lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest after exploring the surrounding countryside.
Parking was a bit tight, especially for larger vehicles, but a normal family car fits fine. I also wished there was a small cooking hob alongside the oven. it would have made meal prep easier, though the BBQ option was a fun alternative. Communication regarding check-in could be improved, as we had to seek assistance from neighbors upon arrival.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The beautiful old mill had stunning views, and fluffy towels made our stay feel comfy. We visited a nearby lake and explored a charming local village. Just a tip, ignore the postcode for navigation and use Google Maps instead.
I missed having a TV in our room for some relaxed downtime after a day of exploring.

Greeted in the dark, it was slightly unclear where to meet the owner initially. The location is serene, offering a tranquil escape amongst the rolling countryside, but the nearest dining options are a considerable distance away via narrow, potholed lanes. A shared kitchen with a fridge was a bonus, allowing for convenient meal prep and storage. The room was well-appointed, but clearer communication about amenities, like TV access, could enhance the experience.

Stunning lake views and exceptional hosts
We had a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the lake that made waking up a delight. The breakfast options were fantastic, featuring a full English and fresh fruit that set us up perfectly for the day. Mark and Cassie were incredibly accommodating, helping us with local tips and ensuring we felt right at home. The only downside was the absence of a TV in the room for some evening relaxation.
